Saturday Boot Camps

8/25 is a Fundraiser Boot Camp for Cheyenne Hardy and her year long mission trip — Please come and support this amazing young woman and hear her story and mission.
September and October Boot Camps St. Peters Church
This Fall, we will have a brand new opportunity. There will be boot camps held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30 – 6:45. While these boot camps are designed for runners and triathletes, anyone can benefit from them. The goal is to provide a solid foundation of strength, balance and power to better prepare all athletes for the upcoming Donna and Danskin seasons. Cost $100 per month or $20 per session.
Beginner’s Running Group September 10 — October 15 at St. Peters Church
Brand New Option: A 6 week Beginner’s Running Group starts on Monday, September 10. Sessions will run from 5:45 to 6:45 on Monday mornings. The running group will focus on good running form, developing distance safely and efficiently and building community. Please pass this information on to anyone who could benefit from such a group. Cost is $85.
Donna Season November 13 — February 17 at St. Peters Church
Donna training for marathon, half-marathon and the marathon relay begins on Tuesday, November 13. This group will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-7:00. These sessions will focus on running form, interval training and strength training. Saturday trainings will begin at 7:00 am and will focus on developing distance. The Donna marathon is on Sunday, February 17 in Jacksonville, FL. The Donna Training is a 14 week program with 2 weeks off for holidays (training schedule provided for this time). Cost $195
Danskin Season March 2 — May 13 Locations will vary
The Danskin season will kick off on Saturday, March 2. The training days are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-7:00 and Saturday mornings start at 7:00 am. This is a 10 week season ending with the Danskin triathlon on Sunday, May 13 at the Clermont Water Park. More information to come!
