Cross Train Presents Strength Fit Boot Camp – Summer 2013!
* All levels of fitness and health are welcome! *
- Workouts provide a mixture of cardio and strength exercises designed to burn calories, condition the heart, strengthen muscles and create balance
- Nutrition tips including delicious and healthy recipes that can transform your body
- Daily devotions designed to build a strong faith and spiritual life
- Friendships with other women provide encouragement to one another
- Support, guidance and accountability from a coach keep you on track with your goals.
4 Training Options:
- One Day: Saturday 7:30 to 9:00 AM: $50 for 6 weeks
- Two Days: Monday and Wednesday 5:30 to 6:45 AM: $60 for 6 weeks
- Three Days: M/W and Saturday: $95 for 6 week session
- As Needed: Daily training for drop in is $10 daily
Meets at St. Peter’s Church located at 700 Rinehart Road in Lake Mary
6 week program: weeks of June 10, June 17, June 24, July 8, July 22, July 29 (June 3 week off, July 4 week off, July 15 week off)
