Donna Training Begins on Tuesday, November 6 at 5:30 am!
The Donna half-marathon and marathon relay is 15 week training program. Training days are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30 to 7:00 am. These trainings will consist of interval training, strength training, running drills and boot camp style workouts. The goal of these runs is to build speed and strength while also learning good form to prevent injury. Saturday morning trainings will focus on safely developing distance. Saturday training will begin at 7:00 am.

Cost for the 15 week training program is $195. You do need to reserve your spot by Saturday, November 3. All levels of runners are welcome from very beginner to advanced. E-mail today to secure your training spot: Contact Brooke Holt!
Week one will consist of base training and taper workouts for those participating in the Miami Man. Week two of training will move into full workouts.
